Refund Policy

Overview

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve it quickly.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through WrapBug.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All components must be returned in full
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom-fit nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Installed or used vinyl wrap kits
  • Products that have been cut, modified, or applied
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Damage caused by improper installation or user handling

We strongly recommend confirming product compatibility before installation.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • Photos of packaging and shipping label

If confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A full refund, or
  • Store credit (case-dependent)

Return Approval Process

All return or refund requests must be reviewed and approved before being processed.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any claim.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of the refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refund timeline:

  • Processing after approval: 3–7 business days
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins.

After processing starts, cancellation may not be possible due to fulfillment preparation.


Exchanges

We offer replacements only for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items sent

If an exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement item based on availability.
